Anya have a distinctive shape with a nutty flavour. They have a waxy flesh which marks them out as a top quality salad, boiling potatoes. They hold their shape well and are also excellent for sautéing and roasting.
Anya is a speciality variety with distinct nutty taste and waxy texture. Very long oval tubers with parti-coloured skins and cream flesh. Will produce high tuber numbers.
