Hollyhock Halo Mixed

Hollyhock Halo Mixed is a stunning mixture of amazing colours with each flower being enhanced by a distinctive halo. Truly stunning bushy plants, produce sturdy flower spikes. This flower can reach an approximate height of 1.5 to 1.8 metres (5-6'). WHEN TO SOW January to March or July to September WHERE TO SOW Sow seed on the surface of the compost and cover with a very fine sprinkling of vermiculite or finely sieved compost. Place in a propagator or in a warm place at around 15-20°C (59-68°F) until the seeds germinate. WHAT TO DO NEXT When seedlings are large enough to handle transplant each seedlings into individual pots or multi-cell tray. Plant out spring raised plants into a sunny border 45cm (18") apart. Late summer/ autumn raised plants can be over-wintered in a cold frame and planted out the following spring.
