Two Part Wine Fining (1 Gallon)

Ritchies two part wine finings suitable for treating up to 5 litres of wine. Simple to use & ideal for clearing cloudy wine. Once fermentation has completely finished and the wine has been stabilised, degas the wine by stirring vigorously until there are no more bubbles on the surface. Then add Stage 1 finings, stir gently for approx. 10 seconds and leave to stand for 24 hours. After 1 hour, add Stage 2 finings, then stir gently for approx. 10 seconds before leaving it to clear in a cool place.
