Newton Abbot is home to Tuckers Maltings, one of only four malt houses in the country which still produces malt in the traditional manner and supply over 30 breweries in the south west.

Tuckers Traditional Floor Malt for Brewing

All our Pale and Lager malt for brewing is made in our traditional floor maltings in Newton Abbot. We use the very best spring malting barley varieties or the traditional winter barley variety Maris Otter, all grown locally in the South-West.

A full range of Coloured Malts, Wheat Malt, Torrefied Wheat and Micronised Maize is available.

We can supply your malt whole or crushed in 25kg bags, packed and shrink-wrapped on a pallet.
