We are an independent company that has been part of the West Country rural community for over 185 years

We operate two Country Stores in Devon, one in the market town of Crediton and the other in Ashburton, on the southern edge of Dartmoor, which supply a full range of Pet, Garden, Equine, Farm & General Supplies.

For nearly two centuries supplying top quality seed has been at the core of our business and this remains very much so today. Even though we no longer grow & process our own seed we work together with companies who are the forefront of modern seed production and whose values very much match our own.

Our aim is to provide a modern day feel whilst keeping the old traditional style and values the company was founded on while serving and representing our local communities.

Supplying materials to both trade and retail, we build long term customer relationships which benefit both them and their customers while keeping a strong community focus. This has led to steady growth over the decades, allowing us to invest in staff, and offer more services and products. Whilst we have evolved, we still aim to provide the same level of service to all our customers.

This means we can deal with your order quickly and efficiently - no matter how large, small or complicated. We are also here to offer you sound advice along with problem solving and guidance on the best products to use for your business or home. We can also source a massive range of products that you may require.

Delivery you can count on

We aim to offer a next-day service and in some areas and cases we can even offer a same-day service. For specialist products we can arrange direct delivery from the manufacturer to your specified delivery address.

We are also able to offer nationwide delivery through our courier partners on certain products.

Tuckers Country Store

We stock a wide range of products to cater for the needs of those who live in the countryside. From products for your home and all you need to look after your pets, to our equestrian, smallholder, agricultural and clothing ranges. We have a large selection of products for your garden, including a wide range of plants, composts, feeds and weed killers. We also stock our own range of quality seeds, including amenity and agricultural mixes.

Our friendly staff can offer a wealth of advice and knowledge to help find the correct product for your needs. We have free parking and offer a local delivery service.
